Privacy at jujitsu.com

jujitsu.com is a static search site. The default launch configuration uses static search data and does not write first-party analytics events or visitor submissions to a database.

What is collected

The site can generate anonymous session IDs in the browser so search and click events can be measured if first-party event logging is enabled later. Without an approved event collector, those events are not sent to jujitsu.com storage. When configured, Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics may collect visited page URLs or paths, referrers, UTM parameters, browser and device signals, language, performance metrics, coarse location signals, and the terms you type into the on-site search (sent to Google Analytics so we can see what visitors look for and which searches return no results, in order to improve the index).

What is not collected

The site does not include accounts, payments, member profiles, private messages, or visitor profiles. It does not request precise browser location. The submission page does not send or store entered information unless an approved submission destination is configured. The default submission form does not request a separate contact email field. Analytics payloads are designed to avoid intentional collection of sensitive personal information.

Analytics providers

The site may use Google Search Console and Cloudflare analytics for aggregate traffic and search visibility. Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics load only when their production configuration values are present. Google Analytics page views are sent with non-UTM query parameters removed by site code. On-site search query text is sent to Google Analytics search events (search_submitted and no_result) to measure search demand and surface gaps in the index; it is aggregated for analysis and not tied to an identifiable person. Search text is never included in the analytics event that records which result was clicked.

Retention

If first-party event logging is enabled, raw analytics events are retained for up to 12 months for discovery, quality review, abuse prevention, and index improvement. Aggregated summaries that do not identify a visitor may be kept longer. Provider-managed analytics are retained according to the configured provider settings.

Submissions

If submission intake is configured later, suggested links are reviewed manually before any public record is added. A mail-based submission handoff may use the visitor's own email app and destination mailbox; no static-site database write is created by that handoff.
